Things to know before you go…

• For your convenience, we recommend that, upon arrival, you schedule your choice of services with our Concierge. For advance reservations at the Mayu Wilka Spa please e-mail: reservations.riosagrado@orient-express.com

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow time for check in and to prepare for your services. Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. Your services will be finished on time, so that the next guest will not be delayed.

• We suggest that you refrain from wearing jewellery as we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.

• Please be sure to let your specialist know if you have any physical or medical conditions, special considerations or are taking any medication.

• Please note that the Spa is an adult-orientated environment and is intended for those ages 16 and older.

• Peru requires the Spa to charge a 10 percent sales tax on all services. Gratuities are at your discretion.
